Offering hands-on instruction on meditation is a natural extension of my art.

Meditation reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, reduces anxiety, increases emotional intelligence (improves your relationships), aids sleep, helps with creativity.
Meditation improves quality of life and makes you happier.

The main thing when you begin a meditation practice is to build the habit of meditating daily.
Building new habits can be hard. It takes consistency. Frustration or challenges make us quit. It often helps to have someone else holding us accountable.
That's what I offer: hands-on guidance and accountability.
I've learned many different techniques and variations of meditation in my 16 years of practice. I've been through many challenges in my practice and can help guide you through your own challenges.
I'll help you find the techniques that work best for you.
I'll help you set your goals and stick to them.
I will give you tailored advice on building mindfulness into your day.
I'll guide you through the challenges and the little details of practicing.
Once you've established your daily practice, then we'll consider our project successful.

I'll ask you about your experience, we'll talk to see if we're a good fit to work together, and I'll guide you through a short meditation.
There's no pressure to sign up for dozens of sessions. In fact, one session may be enough to help set you in the right direction and establish you in a daily meditation practice.
If you feel you would like regular sessions to fully support your meditation practice, we can discuss what that looks like.
Either way, I'll be here to support you however you need.
I do need to charge for my time, as I need to earn a living and this takes away time from giving painting/drawing lessons. But the money doesn't really matter much to me; charging only allows me to sustainably support others. If you're not happy, you can have the money back.
